As your journey to confidence has begun with Shy fashionista last week.We started with Dress Up Games for Office and casual day outs.Fashion is key to confidence these days.To climb this ladder of confidence,fitness is regime.In order to achieve our fitness goals , most of us are involved in activities like gyming , running and our other workout routines.Like i said, your every morning should be fashionable to make you feel good.When i use to exercise in my gym ,its very essential for me to feel good.For this feel good factor ,I dress up with my dress up games.After my last post most of the men were wondering what about their fashion.So without being partial,let me share with you some dress up ideas for men.Girls keep waiting for your turn.

Gym attire has recently taken a life of its own in men's fashion also.Be it convenience or statement,the modern gentleman has just as much time for gym style as his female partner.When it comes to learning about how to dress for the gym,comfort should be your priority and style should be close second because even if you are not planning to hook up with hot girls,your appearance should always be considered when in public , in order to maintain your reputation as a well dressed man.

Top Look

Stringing Tank Look-In a cycle of Men body fitness , chest is considered most important.Men always seem to have obsession over having well defined chest.In order to achieve your chest workout goals how can you skip thought of being pampered with your looks while performing those chest workouts.For the Chest day look i would like to advice for the look consisting of a stringing tanks.Stringing tanks may not be considered a great option for the people having a lean body.


T Shirts-T shirts are considered as a comforter .It seems to be best option for your fitness routines.Most important thing is that it is one of the best versatile option.Even if you are having lean body , it will work for you.People with lean body , just wear a loose tee and you are done.People having Athletic body may go with dry fit t shirts which not only help in preventing sweating but are also helpful in obsessing your body ,making you look fit.
